Parental Leave: 
Whether you are adopting or having a baby, parental leave is time away from work in which your employer holds your position for you. Generally, to qualify for parental leave you will have had to been at your place of work for a minimum amount of time.  Each province has their own laws to protect parents.

Sexual Harsassment:
